　　Straits Financial is seeking a competent CTO with a strong history in the technological sector. You will be in charge of shaping the firm‘s technology architecture and making executive technology decisions, including managing a technology budget and making necessary technology investments to align the firm’s global technology infrastructure with its business strategy. You should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator and an expert in financial markets technology.You will work directly under the CEO and as a technology expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future technology architecture of the firm.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　1. Ensuring that technology resources meet the companys short and long-term needs.

　　2. Creating and managing timelines for development and deployment of technology services.

　　3. Making executive decisions regarding the firms technology requirements.

　　4. Maintaining a client-focused outlook and aiding in the delivering of IT projectsto market.

　　5. Managing technology budgets and time frames.

　　6. Staying on top of technology trends and developments.

　　7. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards .

　　Requirements:

　　1. Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

　　2. 10 years working in a technology role.

　　3. 5 years managerial experience.

　　4. Strong team management skills.

　　5. Excellent verbal and written communication.

　　6. Ability to delegate efficiently.
